Study Design
Once a proposal has gained preliminary acceptance by the NCCR Scientific Board, the BCF advises the user on appropriate study designs and helps to decide the number of arrays the study will require.

Grant and Publication Preparation
The BCF is able to help with preparation of grant proposals for NCCR projects. Areas of assistance include formulation of study design, identification of relevant predictor and outcome variables, and outlining of data analysis strategies. We can also help to prepare Methods sections for proposals or for publications on which BCF members are co-authors. If you wish to use this service, please give at least 6 weeks notice by contacting bcf@isb-sib.ch.
